Beginners Course – Learning to weave on a rigid heddle loom

Details: Spend the day learning how to weave on a rigid heddle loom.
You will be provided with all the necessary equipment including loom and yarn. 
The day will start with some instruction on the key skills required to weave, including some of the terminology.  After this initial tuition you will be able to weave with the aim of producing a woven sample or even a scarf which you will then be able to take home.   We will be there to help and support you throughout the day.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided.  We will stop for lunch and you will need to bring your own packed lunch.
