​As customers or people who support my business, I may hold some information about you (your name and email address, and in some cases your postal address). We don’t have access to any of your financial information when you purchase via an online shop.  All sensitive financial information is held by the processing companies, and they don’t share this with us.

How I collect information

This website collects your contact details when you make a purchase.  Whenever you order something that I am selling from one of my online shops then I am given sufficient information to be able to process your order.

I use Mail Chimp to manage my mailing list and your details are stored on their secure servers.  You can check out their privacy policy here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ You are only ever added to my mailing list when you have signed up using the form on this website, purchased an item or specifically asked me to add you to it.

 

Who has access to your information?

I’m a sole trader – so only I have access to your details, and I never pass it on to anyone else.  The website shop is via WIX who collect your information when you make a purchase.  I use Mail Chimp to manage my mailing list and your details are stored on their secure servers.  You can check out their privacy policy here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

How I use your information

I send out occasional newsletters which will provide you with information about my work, new products, discount codes and special offers. In addition I may tell you of any events I am attending that I think you might like to come along to.  You can always unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time, as there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each one.

 

How I store information

Mail Chimp host details of all people on my mailing list on their secure servers.  I use a computer that is password protected to access Mail Chimp and the website.  

 

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you and I will give you full details free of charge. You also have the right to ask for your details to be amended, deleted or transferred.  If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, that I hold about you – please contact me via the contact link on this website.
